Leapsome is a people enablement platform, integrating tools for OKR management, performance reviews, learning, onboarding, engagement surveys, feedback, meetings and more. As the first product designer, I contributed to the establishment of design practices and processes from scratch. I've been working on all modules of the platform and the Design System.

At the Yandex Services department, I worked on mobile and desktop experiences for household services like cleaning, dry-cleaning, house renovation, and more. I contributed to key parts of a major redesign, including user flows, landing pages, and a new order page. I also created reusable patterns to unify the user experience across the platform, and Design System elements.

Mera is a meeting quality and planning app developed for NLMK, one of the world’s leading steel companies. As the first and later lead designer on the project, I shaped the concept, built prototypes, and defined the design direction. I also co-developed a custom rating model for evaluating meeting effectiveness and contributed to the app’s award-winning success.

Sberdisk is a personal cloud storage service within the Sberbank Ecosystem. As art director, I led the UX audit, competitive research, and concept development to reimagine the product experience. Together with the client team, we redesigned core scenarios for mobile and web, helping the service become more intuitive and aligned with user needs.

The Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology is a leading Russian center for aesthetic and reconstructive medicine. At Redmadrobot, I designed a patient-facing mobile app for appointment booking, treatment tracking, and news updates. I started under an art director and later led design independently—handling layouts, client communication, and scenario planning.

Rival is a mobile app for global fitness challenges, blending sports, gaming, and tech. As the sole designer, I worked with an art director and content strategist to craft a high-impact design concept and promo site in just 2.5 weeks. The app featured AI-powered judging, custom workouts, and real-time competition. Our goal was to support investor pitches, which led to successful funding and a Tagline Awards nomination.

Bank Otkritie is a major Russian commercial bank with a wide range of financial services. At Redmadrobot, we acted as a dedicated product team for nearly two years, building core app functionality from scratch. I contributed to designing key online banking features for entrepreneurs—covering payments, loans, deposits, and card management.

AlfaStrakhovanie is Russia’s largest private insurance company, serving over 23 million individuals and 435,000 businesses. At Redmadrobot, I joined the team to redesign and improve their mobile app. My focus was on refining key scenarios, resolving navigation issues, and modernizing the overall UX to align with new business goals and user needs.

Sberbank is Russia’s largest bank, with tens of millions using its mobile app. I worked on the personal banking app, focusing on credit products for iOS and Android. My role included UX research, prototyping, and contributing to the Design System in close collaboration with the platform team.
